A terrible bloody act shocks the people in Saxony.
A 16 year old girl was killed in the Bautzen district. The police are looking, among other things, with a tracking dog for a male suspect, as a spokesman said.
A witness reported a seriously injured young woman in the area of a garage complex in Großröhrsdorf on Wednesday afternoon. The officers found the youngsters there. Paramedics and ambulance reanimated the 16-year-old and took her to the hospital, where she later died.
Several media reports that the young person was attacked with a knife. A police spokesman did not confirm that. The homicide squad is investigating.
The crime scene had been cordoned off over a large area. The spokesman was unable to provide any information on the motive, instrument of the crime and the further course of events. The manhunt continues – the investigators are looking for witnesses to the crime.
