Can call centers just call me like that?
This makes many BILD readers angry: again someone wants to sell something on the phone. BILD recently reported on the Swiss company Bonafair, which sells expensive nutritional supplements through trained telephone salespeople. Bonafair is convinced that anyone who does not withdraw in time has taken out a pill subscription. But what are call centers actually allowed to do? Do I have to put up with being annoyed on the phone?
