Dusseldorf Lea Sophie Cramer founds again. At least she intends to. “The desire is there again to start something of my own,” the 34-year-old tells Handelsblatt. She couldn’t announce anything officially yet. But: Your next business idea will probably revolve around the topic of nutrition.
Cramer became known as the frontwoman of the sex toy mail order company Amorelie. She has long been one of the most influential entrepreneurs in the start-up scene, and since her exit in 2019 she has also been considered one of the richest. She uses her wealth primarily as an investor.
Cramer’s career has been steep from the start: After graduating, she started as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, then she went to Rocket Internet and the discount voucher portal Groupon. She sold the shares she received there at the earliest possible point in time after her departure. “A silly mistake,” as Cramer says today.
