Entering our country with Disney+ in 2022, Disney will release a total of 56 movies until 2028. Important dates for the new Marvel Cinematic Universe, Star Wars and Avatar movies have also been announced.
20th Century Fox, Fox Searchlight, Star Wars, Marvel Studios, Nat Geo… All these are just a few brands of Disney, the giant of the entertainment world, and what they do under these brands. Marvel Cinematic UniverseStar Wars series and movies lock billions of people every year with the Avatar series.
As a matter of fact, the company’s plans for the coming years arouse serious curiosity. While the films that will be released in the coming years increase the expectations of the audience, they also provide investors with “everything is fine” gives the message.
Disney has announced the vision dates of the 56 movies it plans to release by 2028:
44 of these films will be released directly under the umbrella of Disney; 18 will be shot by Walt Disney, 5 by Marvel, 3 by Pixar, and 2 by Star Wars studios.
Of the remaining films, 6 will be shot by 20th Century Fox, which was acquired by Disney in recent years, 3 of which will be the 3rd, 4th and 5th films of the Avatar series. Two films will come from Searchlight, the studio of films opened to a narrower audience.
