New fingerprint analysis of the “alien mummies” found in Peru, which have attracted worldwide attention, suggests that the remains are not of human origin. Unusual diagonal striations on the fingers and toes suggest that the mummies may have a non-human origin.

The small and strange specimens, which were presented to the Mexican congress last year by UFO researcher Jaime Maussan and have since caused controversy, are back in the spotlight with a new fingerprint analysis. Former Colorado prosecutor and current defense attorney Joshua McDowell examined one of the specimens with the help of three independent forensic experts from the United States. “These were not traditional human fingerprint patterns,” McDowell said.

McDowell stated that the fingerprints of the ‘alien’ mummy, dubbed ‘Maria’, did not match any known human patterns. “We did not see any loops or folds in these fingerprints, Maria’s fingerprints were not consistent with human prints,” McDowell said, finding this quite surprising. Like other ‘alien’ mummy samples uncovered by Jaime Maussan, Maria was also found covered in diatomaceous earth.

McDowell noted that most of the mummy’s body was covered in diatomaceous earth and that the epidermal ridges on its fingers were mostly straight lines. This strengthens the claim that the mummies may have a non-human origin. However, McDowell and his team emphasized that it is too early to make a definitive statement about these mysterious mummies.

These specimens, known as the ‘Nazca mummies’, were found in the Nazca region and are famous for their elongated heads and three-fingered hands. Maussan and his team are working hard to increase scientific interest in these mummies. However, some institutions, such as the Peruvian Ministry of Culture, describe them as man-made fakes.

Loneliness in space spoils the taste of astronauts’ meals!

Could loneliness affect the taste of food in space? New research offers findings that explore this issue.

The latest fingerprint analysis suggests that these mummies are either not toys or are made of different and unusual materials. Further DNA studies and carbon dating methods are needed for definitive results.

These studies, which are conducted to prove or disprove the validity of the alien mummy claims, are being followed with curiosity around the world. What do you think? Please don’t forget to share your thoughts with us in the comments section below.
