Frankfurt The road to an end to the two-decade dispute over damages for Telekom shareholders is clear, but it is a long one. By the end of June, the group wanted to have submitted a settlement offer to the up to 16,000 investors in the mammoth process. But still not all investors have received mail – and in some cases there could even be further lawsuits.
“In the coming weeks, we will probably be able to make an offer to all plaintiffs entitled to a settlement whose lawyers we can reach,” Telekom explained when asked by Handelsblatt. The reason for the delays are time-consuming individual cases.
