The Galaxy A14 4G model will be powered by the Helio G80 processor produced by MediaTek. Produced with 12nm technology, the processor has 2 x 2.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A75 and 6 x 1.8 GHz ARM Cortex-A55.
The device, which is stated to be introduced with a 6.6-inch screen, will appear with a resolution of 2408 x 1080 pixels. It is worth noting that the device will be offered for sale with an LCD panel that supports 60Hz screen refresh rate.

The new model will be offered to users with 4 GB of RAM due to its affordable price. On the storage side, 64GB and 128GB options are available.
The model, which is known to have a triple camera array, has a 50 Megapixel f / 2.2 main camera, a 5 Megapixel f / 2.4 ultra wide angle camera and a 2 Megapixel macro camera. The selfie camera has a 13 Megapixel f/2.0 lens.
According to the leaked information, the Galaxy A14 4G will come out of the box with the Android 13 operating system. However, the device will have a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 10W charging speed.
The device, which will be introduced with a stereo speaker, will feature Dolby Atmos technology. On the connectivity side, Bluetooth 5.2 and WiFi a/b/g/n/ac will be used.
