Dusseldorf, Berlin Adler Group SA has to postpone the publication of the 2021 annual report, which was planned for March 31. This was surprisingly announced by the listed real estate group on Friday. The reason for this is an ongoing investigation into allegations made by British shortseller Fraser Perring in October.
