In his year-end strategy video for 158,000 YouTube subscribers, Van de Poppe stated that Ethereum even stands out against BTC. The strategist thinks that ETH, also known as “flippening”, could surpass BTC this year. There are multiple reasons that push the analyst to do so.

Poppe stated that despite the high transaction fees of the network, Ethereum is growing at an incredible rate, noting that it is also competing among L1 networks. According to the analyst, Ethereum will break the all-time record by seeing exactly $20,000 in 2022.
The analyst’s record $20,000 prediction is based not only on fundamentals but also technical analysis. The analyst will wait for the $12,600, $17,300, and $22,000 points, respectively, according to the Fibo levels.
