Berlin The German-Swedish project developer Bonava advertises its quarters in Zossen with “water, forest and meadows” as well as “countryside idyll and city feeling”. The town, around 50 kilometers south of Berlin, has grown steadily in recent years and now has a good 20,000 inhabitants.
Zossen is very popular with many Berliners. Compared to the capital, the prices are low: in the “Waldquartier” a semi-detached house with a good 150 square meters is available for less than 500,000 euros. The square meter price for a four-room apartment in the “Quartier am alten Schlosspark” is 4500 euros.
Many apartment seekers who cannot find or finance their own accommodation in the capital are now increasingly looking for real estate in Brandenburg in view of the price differences.
