After weeks of harsh criticism, Asus has finally introduced the ROG Phone 6D and 6D Ultimate. The models, which had many leaks before, attracted a lot of attention in the game world and were entitled to enter the list of expected phones.
Dimensity processors used for flagship smartphones were also used in ROG Phone 6D and 6D Ultimate models. It was designed with a very powerful and revolutionary cooling system compared to its previous phones in order to achieve the highest level of performance with the MediaTek chipset.

Cyberpunk 2077, which was released in 2020 but caused a great disappointment in the players, achieved an important sales success.
Both ROG Phone 6D and 6D Ultimate models are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chipset. Both devices use a 6.78-inch OLED panel with 10-bit color depth, 165 Hz screen refresh rate and HDR10 + features. In addition, the screen has the same features as the original ROG Phone 6 series.
If we look at the camera features of the gaming-oriented model, our 50MP 1/1.56″ sensor with 1.0µm pixels and f/1.9 lens on the main camera is combined with a 13MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera and a 5MP macro camera. In addition, the selfie camera also has a 12MP sensor.
Battery capacity is also among the must-haves for gaming phones. While our introduced ROG Phone 6D and 6D Ultimate devices have a 6000 mAh battery, they can be charged up to 65W with USB.

The 6D Ultimate model has a ROG Vision color PMOLED display on the back of the phone, while the standard model comes with an RGB LED backlit ROG logo. In addition, the accessories of the ROG Phone 6 and 6 Pro models are designed to be compatible with the newly introduced 6D and 6D Ultimate models.
ROG Phone 6D Ultimate comes with the previously unseen AeroActive Portal on the back. This Portal provides a route to the device’s internal cooling components, with the phone attached to the back. The airway opens automatically when the AeroActive Cooler 6 is connected. This feature allows the fan to cool the device much more efficiently. Performance increases as the device cools down.
If we continue with the design of the device, a space gray color welcomes us. There are also different color options, but the prices for our country have not been announced yet. The Vanilla finish of the 6D model starts at £799 in the UK, while the variation on the Ultimate model costs at least 1,199 pounds.
The only difference between the two models: Storage space
There is not much difference between our devices. The only difference between the ROG Phone 6D and 6D Ultimate models is the usable storage. While the storage space can go up to 512GB in the 6D Ultimate model, it can go up to 256GB in the standard model.
