Dusseldorf 3G is coming in the workplace. On Thursday the Bundestag passed a new Infection Protection Act. According to this, employees who come into contact with other people in the office or factory hall must in future be vaccinated or recovered – or have themselves tested daily. The employer is responsible for monitoring this measure. The Federal Council also gave its approval on Friday.
For the renowned aerosol researcher Gerhard Scheuch, the measures in the workplace do not go far enough. In his opinion, there are air hygiene measures that are more important – including the use of CO2 measuring devices and air filter systems.
